Q: What are the limitations and criteria for assistance? 

Each grant for assistance is limited to $500 per doctor per year and per patient per year.  Please click here for the criteria for you and your pet.

Q: How do I apply for assistance? 

Your pet needs to be seen by a Medvet doctor and they need to complete a form requesting assistance if they feel that you and your pet meet the criteria.  This process includes getting approval from other doctor’s and from the Foundation.

Q: How can I purchase a brick and when will it be installed? 

Complete the brick form and submit with payment of $100 to the Foundation.  We submit the brick order when we have received enough for our vendor to process the order so it varies depending on how many orders we receive. 

Q: How can I help? 

You can send a donation to the foundation using this form or call us with a credit card number.

Q: Will the foundation help if I do not see a Medvet doctor? 

The Foundation has limited funds so at this time, it does not have the resources to help all the animals that it would like to help so we need to limit it to Medvet doctors.
